Overview

I was inspired by a dj to write this guide. This is the workout routine i use to get to 100 strength quickly

Pushing it to the limit

The hardest part of building up that strength is determination
So i just tell myself these things when i workout:

You smart
You very smart

Even though everyone else in the prison thinks im weak i just tell myself:

I appriciate you

By the 2nd rep i feel weak, i can barely press, my stamina is over 103% but do you know what i do?

Im panting but my strength keeps going up so i tell myself

I should be at evening roll call but i do

Im at 97 strength and i think thats good enough but something inside of me screams

Im in the middle of a lockdown with 103% stamina I havent eaten all day,I lost my job, and I never went to the bathroom but im at 99 strength so i tell my self ONE MORE THING
