Overview
Before launch, Firaxis confirmed there would be a free soundtrack in the game’s files. It is there, but it’s hidden. Here’s how to find it.
Prerequisites
First thing you need to do is get a program that allows you to unpack .fpk files, like dragon unpacker.

Finding the file
Go to /Steam/SteamApps/common/Sid_Meier’s_Civilization_Beyond_Earth/Resource/common
Look for a file called MiscData.fpk
Once you find it, run Dragon Unpacker or whatever program you are using, and the MP3s are all inside. You can export them out of the package, and they will function normally.
