To start, open files and navigate to
C:UsersyourUsernameAppDataRoamingStardewValleySavesyourSave

Once there, open your save in note pad. Press Ctrl F and type in money. Cycle trough the things it brings up until you have something similar to the picture to the right. Change that number to what ever you want. Hit save and load up your game.
