Get VGN ultimate mod
First, go to workshop, then find VGN ultimate mod, and click subscribe mod, finally it will appear in your hello neighbor modding in main menu
Go to act 2
First click VGN ultimate mod in neighbor mod, then go to act 2, and find red key and open the exit door, (dont go to win yet) carefully go to bus stop sign and press E then go to VGN house (VGN house is very close to player house) then you can go to your house.
How to change your neighbor avater
after you get VGN ultimate mod and go to your house in act 2, go to computer and press E and choose your neighbor avater then pause and press restart. Enjoy!
