How to have fun with item combinations.

Overview

This guide is a simple walktrough of how to give yourself items at start to make crazy combinations[Warning] if you’re trying to idle your way to gaining achievements and items, this guide is not for you, this technique disables achievements, and item unlocking.

1 – Getting started, the basics, downloads & all

So, before starting, this is what you’ll have to download (legit, verified links/sources by https://www.reddit.com/r/themoddingofisaac/)

The actual launcher, from wich you will start the game :

If it isn’t obvious enough, scroll down to downloads and click to.. well download it !

2 – In rebirth/afterbirth cc launcher

So, now do you have rebirth/afterbirth cc launcher (we’ll just call it cc launcher from now to make this simpler, okay ?) you should find this :

So, basically at this point you can see that the interface is really intuitive and that this guide isn’t really.. well useful, but yeah, just have fun doing crazy combinations and just lunch the game with the launcher (it will still launch it with steam)

• Items can stack (so, you know, you can have fun stacking your cricket heads and other damage ups
• If you look at the top of the software you can see the “Difficulty settings” tab that lets you change the damage the ennemies take and the damage you take
• You can start blindfolded, by .. ugh ticking the Blindfolded button

And after all that fun, well.. Just Press play, it will take you in the game menu, and just launch a game and your items will be here.
