Running Continuum smoothly on modern systems.
How to increase performance
1. Go to Program Files > Steam > SteamApps > common > Continuum
2. Right-click Continuum.exe and select Properties
3. Open the Compatibility tab
4. Check the box to run the game in Windows XP (Service Pack 2) mode
5. Click OK and exit
1. Launch SubSpace Continuum
2. Go to View > Advanced Options
3. Check the following boxes:
[x] Avoid Page Flipping
[x] No Framerate Limit
[x] Disable Clipping
4. Click OK
Inside the game, press Esc + F to see your FPS (frames per second).
It will be shown in red numbers above, next to your energy bar.
EDIT: If you get inconsistent FPS (extremely high & sudden drops),
turn off “No Framerate Limit” and disable compatibility mode.
