How to Install Counter-Strike: Source Offensive Mod

Put EVERYTHING from the archive "csso_2.0_release" (that means EVERY FILE AND FOLDER!!!) into your CS:S folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source

To launch the game, use csso_win32.exe or csso_win64.exe in your CS:S folder
To launch a dedicated server, use cssods_win32.exe or cssods_win64.exe in your CS:S folder

IMPORTANT FOR SERVER HOSTERS: ALWAYS start your server with -insecure launch option or nobody will be able to connect to your server!!!

After that, the game works normally.
Instructions for installing the older versions are below.

• Extract the "csso" folder into "Steam\steamapps\sourcemods" folder
  
  
• Extract the "bin" folder into your Conter-Strike Source installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source) overwriting existing files (DO NOT delete the original folder!)
  
  
• Restart steam, find Counter-Strike: Source Offensive in your library, click on it->properties->set launch options->add "-insecure"
  

Latest version of CS:S is NOT more compatible with CS:SO v1.1 or below!
To fix it:

Roll back to the previous version of the game (opt in previous_build beta)
Re-install the bin folder for CS:SO
Move the csso folder to your root folder of CS:S
Use this .bat file to launch CS:SO
Launching from your Steam library no longer works, because the game executable was renamed and Steam is not aware of that (yet)!
Server browser no longer works on Steam version, because it requires the latest version of the game!
The author will update the mod very soon. I will update the guide too

If you don't have Counter-Strike: Source purchased on Steam, the mod also works on the Non-Steam version.
To install simply extract "csso" folder into CS:S root folder and overwrite existing files.
IF YOU HAVE A LAUNCHER: open up your launcher settings and add "-game csso -insecure" at the end of your launch parameters
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LAUNCHER: open up rev.ini and change "-game cstrike" to "-game csso -insecure"

This mod WON'T work on v34 or any other old Counter-Strike: Source version

You can customize various things like crosshair, weapons, knives, agents, gloves and UI
