Step 1
First Open Google Chrome.

Go to this link : LiS – Japanese Language Pack[steamdb.info] or [link]
Step 3
Click on the green button. (Top Right of the Website)

A pop-up should open. Click Open Steam Client Bootstraper
Step 5
Steam should start downloading the DLC. Wait for it to finish.
Step 6
After the download After the download has finished, launch the game. Go to Help & Options > Settings > Language and subtitles settings > Voice Language and Select Japanese.
