How to Open the game
Ok so this is the tricky part, wut you have to do is click on the steam icon on your desktop or somewhere deep in your computer operating system. Then scroll through your library . DONT CLICK ON HALF LIFE 2 EPISODE 2 CAUSE HL3 ISNT THERE, stupid. Click on Game Dev Tycoon. DONE!
Waht to do next
So you are in Game Dev tycoon, rite? OK so click start (I honestly forget how to do this) and it says Welcome (or something like dat) and so it says name your company and person.
For this please enter the company name being Valve and your name being Lord Gaben. If your hand is rapidly trying to grab its wallet here are two reasons why:
1. Too much CS: GO, your wallet wants its money to go into skins for your Glock-18
2. You haven’t been praying long enough to Gaben
If this isn’t the reason, please consult a doctor. If so heres what you do:
1. For reason one with CS: GO, play more Half-Life 3

Anyways, when that is fixed lets go on the next lesson!
After having a company name and crap stuff
Okay so you have already done that. Now, leftclick and click on create a new game. Name it Half-Life 3 and select Dance for the topic (IF YOU DONT HAVE DANCE AT THE START OF THE GAME YOU MUST RESTART THE GAME AND PRAY TO GABEN FOR 20 MORE SECONDS) and select action for the genre. Adjust every single slider to the bottom so that no work is done. Then relese Half-Life 3!

So you should get an 11/10 or else Gaben is still unsatisfied, pray for an hour. All Games should show this picture:
Okay your sales should be at the end with 1337 K. units. If not then Gaben wants to use his army of Knives on you. I would abandon steam by now.
