How to add custom heads to BattleBlock Theater. This guide will show you how to make your own custom heads and upload them.
Making Custom Heads
To make my custom heads, I use paint.net ( download here [link] ).
- Once you open paint.net, go to “Image” → “Canvas Size…” or press Ctrl+Shift+R.
- Change both the width and height to 128 pixels then press OK.
- Copy and paste your desired image onto paint.net.
- Resize the image until the part you want fits inside the 128×128 frame.
- Use the eraser tool to erase any unwanted pixels.
- Go to “File” → “Save As…” and save the image as a PNG to an easily accessible file.
Now you have your own custom head!
Uploading Custom Heads
To upload your custom heads, go to “Program Files (x86)” → “Steam” → “steamapps” → “common” → “BattleBlock Theater” → “GameData” → “UserFaces”
Then drag & drop your custom head onto the “UserFaces” folder.
Now, when selecting your character, you should find your custom heads!
(Note: You have to go into the settings and enable Remote User Faces to use custom heads).
