Collecting Gambler Jacks

Volume 1
• The book can be found on the Guild Lodge 2F during the Prologue ( A Maiden’s Resolve) after the Jaeger attack in the Midnight Assault quest. The book is only available before resting after the General Training quest during A Maiden’s Resolve.

  Volume 2

• The book can be bought from the Lavantar Casino & Bar during Sneaking Shadows. The book will be unavailable after leaving the City of Ruan on the airliner Cecile to the City of Zeiss in the White Shadow Case quest during Sneaking Shadows until Land of Chaos.

  Volume 3

• The book is given by Olivier at the beginning of The Raging Land by talking to him twice on the airliner Cecile. The book is only available before speaking with all other Party Members aboard the Cecile at the beginning of The Raging Land.

  Volume 4

• The book is given by Nathan in the Erebonian Embassy – Library during The Mad Tea Party after meeting with Amb. Crainagh in the Threat Letter Case quest. The book is only available before leaving the Erebonian Embassy in the Threat Letter Case quest during The Mad Tea Party.

  Volume 5

• The book is given by Connor at the Baral Coffee House during The Mad Tea Party after Renne goes missing from the Grancel Bracer Guild in the Search for Renne quest. The book is only available before leaving the City of Grancel in the Attending the Tea Party during The Mad Tea Party.

  Volume 6

• The book is given by Serra in the City of Rolent during The Mist Demon’s Target after Aina Holden requests assistance in the Fog Area Investigation quest. The book is only available before reporting to the Rolent Bracer Guild after visiting the Bright Family House in the Fog Area Investigation quest during The Mist Demon’s Target.

  Volume 7

• The book is given by Mikey at Krone Pass during That Which One Must Protect after Lugran requests assistance in the Wanted Monsters Bounty quest. The book is only available until the Bose Market is destroyed by the dragon in the Dragon Assault Case quest during That Which One Must Protect.

  Volume 8

• The book is given by Lewey in Ravennue during The Whereabouts of Bonds after the Bose Market has been restored. The book is only available before leaving to The Kingfisher Inn in the Break at the Lakeside quest during The Whereabouts of Bonds.

  Volume 9

• The book is given by Carlos at the Haken Gate during The Whereabouts of Bonds after the Bose Market has been restored. The book is only available before leaving to The Kingfisher Inn in the Break at the Lakeside quest during The Whereabouts of Bonds.

  Volume 10

• The book is given by Antonio onboard the Arseille – Deck at the beginning of The Tetracyclic Towers. The book is only available before leaving to Amberl Tower in the Tetracyclic Towers quest during The Tetracyclic Towers.

  Volume 11

• The book is given by Serra in Abend Bar during Land of Chaos after completing the Rescue the Miners quest. The book is only available before returning to the City of Grancel after all ZFGs have been delivered in the Distribution of the ZFGs quest during Land of Chaos.

  Volume 12

• The book is given by Purity in the Academy – Humanities Classroom during Land of Chaos after completing the The Occupation of Jenis quest. The book is only available before returning to the City of Grancel after all ZFGs have been delivered in the Distribution of the ZFGs quest during Land of Chaos

  Volume 13

• The book is given by Pace at Wolf Fort during Land of Chaos after completing the Hot Spring Restoration quest. The book is only available before returning to the City of Grancel after all ZFGs have been delivered in the Distribution of the ZFGs quest during Land of Chaos.

  Volume 14

• The book is given by Minuet at the Bose Market during Land of Chaos after all ZFGs have been delivered in the Distribution of the ZFGs quest. The book is only available before returning to the City of Grancel after all ZFGs have been delivered in the Distribution of the ZFGs quest during Land of Chaos.

Obtaining Zemurian Ore

There are Two Zemurian Ores you can obtain in a playthrough

One from the reward given by Baral at the Grancel Bracer Guild – 3F. The item is rewarded for collecting all 14 Gambler Jack Volumes and offering them to Baral during Chapter 8 – Land of Chaos.

The other is obtained during the last chapter in the Residential Block of the Liber Ark, but you need the Data Crystal Z first. return to the first house near the exit of the first Liber ark tunnel. One of the terminals will respond to the zemurian ore and will hand you the second Zemurian ore.

Return to Professor Russell in the Arseille, and with the Data Crystal Z, he will forge 2 of the 9 weapons. What you chose is up to you. you can always obtain them all with a new game plus.
