portal reloaded prevents you from opening the developer console which is kind of cringe, especially if youre a true epic gamer and need special keybinds that you cant get from the settings menu (i.e. two buttons that do the same thing)
to force the console on, open the properties menu of portal reloaded (right click on Portal Reloaded in your steam library), and then add -console to the game’s launch options (located at the bottom of the properties window)
congratulations you can now run “bind mwheelup +jump” and “bind mwheeldown +jump” and then bhop into the sunset or something
