Overview
This Guide Is Focused On The Windows 10 Players But Could Work For As Old As Windows Xp (dont quote me on that) and the things i mention is NOT owned by me in anyway shape or form
Step 1.
This One May Be Easiest For You Anyway Go To This Link: [link] And What You Need To Do Is Download Any Of The Fose Files (I Use Beta And It Is Good And I Recommend That The Most)
Step 2
Open Steam Go To Fallout 3 And Right Click Then Go To Browse Local FIles And Drop The FIle (FOSE) Into The Game Folder (Folder it shows you when you click browse local files) Nice And Simple (Be sure to extract it not just drop the zip)
Step 3
Go to nexus mods again and this time you wanna download both the fallout 3 tick fix (optional) and the games for windows live disabler then extract and open it and click disable to disable gfwl on fallout 3 and try to test run it to see if it would work (also for me it works even launching it from steam library)
Optional Step 4
Get Tick Fix That I Mentioned In Last Step From Nexus Mods extract it and just dump it into the fallout 3 folder and test it
