Overview
So basically im supposed to tell you how to play cuphead with a friend on steam for PC but it requires Xbox.
What you will need
A computer, and an xbox controller capable of connecting to your computer.
How 2 do this
So basically after you’re connecting the Xbox and owning the actual game, go ahead and install TeamViewer On your computer, both you and your friend must install it to connect Download the latest version I think here [link] . After it finishes installing (go and make an acc optional or something idk lol) and then if you want to connect to your friends computer, ask him for his Id, type his Id, and type his password and you are accessing his computer. You should be able to use keyboard and play as Cuphead while he plays as Mugman (Not sure if you can do it with Xbox lol; if you want to play with Xbox, go ahead and give him your partner id so he can use keyboard to play as Cuphead). And if you ever feel like you’re unsafe around him/her going in your computer, simply decline him from access of your computer with a press of a button (you find it lol its in the TeamViewer App).

Laggy af for the person connecting using Teamviewer; may be fixed by just watching a youtube video how to lol. (I think this will help ) .
