Overview
This is the quickest and easiest way to rip your own head off.
The Move: Your Head
Press C, Raise shoulders and contract elbows = Space 2 times.
Contract both pecs, extend neck, grab with both hands = Space 5 times.
Extend both elbows = Head ripped off.
The Move: Uke’s Head
Press C, contract both hips, contract abs, raise both shoulders, contract both pecs, grab with both hands = Space 4 times.
Extend both hips, lower both shoulders = Uke’s head ripped off.
