How to skip any puzzle in the game

Overview

This guide tells you a way to skip any puzzle in Hare In The Hat game. The only drawback that you’ll receive Cheater status and that would be your last achievement in this game. After getting this achievement, all other achievements will be locked and you won’t be able to get them even after re-install.

1. Finding the Skip button

Right inside the game when you have all needed parts to complete the puzzle, small question button appears in the top left of the puzzle window.

When you click on this button you’ll see a help screen with ‘Reset’ and ‘Skip’ buttons.

2. Skip button

When you press on ‘Skip’ button you’ll be asked do you really want to continue.

Clicking Continue will open Cheater achievement page, so you can think twice what you are going to do.

3. Cheater achievement

Skipping a level breaks game mechanics. We’ve spend many months creating that game and designing the puzzles, but if you want just to rush to the end, it is up to you. But instead of Puzzle Completed achievement you’ll receive Cheater achievement. It’s not a big deal because you always can reset the game and try to solve the puzzle. Of course, I’d suggest to think twice, ask a question on the forum or just make an effort and try to solve the puzzle by yourself!

4. I’m ready, show me the way

If you are pretty sure that the only way for you is to skip the puzzle and you don’t care about achievements, read the text below.

WARNING: YOU WILL NOT GET 100% OF GAME ACHIEVEMENTS AFTER DOING THIS! YOU WILL NEED TO RESET THE GAME AND START ONCE AGAIN TO GET CORRESPONDING PUZZLE ACHIEVEMENT.

Repeat step #2 and press ‘Continue’ button holding Alt key on your keyboard. Note that you should be connected to the internet and have Steam running.
