Overview
This guide contains the helpful instructions on how to turn any match into a chatroom.
Step 1
Join and start a multiplayer game in aoe2
Step 2
This step is optional since the chatroom will automatically work in any circumstance but for best results: be as far away from the freind your playing with globally. And have the cheapest internet possible(works just as well with good internet), Random servers with high ping are also recommended to access this “hidden feature” of the game. Then jump into the game and start playing!, usually results are not instant but will inevitably come within 45 minutes to an hour and inconsitantly. To keep the Chatroom open it is recommended you spam chat if the game starts to return to normal.
Step 3
Enjoy the new chatroom as you wait for the other players to reconnect hopelessly! : )
