Hi, if u want to unlock all achievements in isaac u must first install from workshop mod “items in spawn”. Next u launch the game with only this mode activated. Next go to users>documents>my games>the binding of isaac mods>items in spawn>resources and copy rooms folder. Next go to the steam>steamapps>common>the binding of isaac>resources and paste rooms. Next launch the game and off all mods and go for all achievements 😀 sorry for my english :p
