Overview
This Guide Will Tell You How To Unlock The Secret Bullet Character.
Step 1…
First of all you need to have beaten the High Dragun-
and completed at least one characters past (Requires you to make the great bullet). Once you have completed this task we can move onto step 2.
Step 2…
Once you have completed a characters past at least once you will start to notice bullet kin(with red capes) that do not shoot at you, but rather wander around.
Kill all the enemies in the room and make sure that you do not kill this one. After about 15 seconds with only him in the room he will teleport away.
Step 3…
If you do this method 5 times then you will unlock the bullet :3
