IMPORTANT NOTE = Most of the Achievements in this game are really easy to get by just ignoring and refusing to do what the Narrator tells you “like going the opposite direction or doing anything that contradicts what he is saying”, example =

(if you have already passed this part and didn’t get this achievement just go back to the lost woods and wait at the gate until the narrator opens the door, answer some questions in there and the game should start again and just don’t wake up, wait)

Keep trying to go left in the “extra area”
When you are doing the Pitfall achievement just jump down a fourth time, open the chest in the extra area below, and then keep ignoring the narrator and go left until you reach a room.

Learn the name of God
(When you reach the Clock Tower 2F area just go left until you find the town area and enter in the middle)

(The Totally Empty Room is located in the top left of the Sewer 1 Area “check sewer 1 map”)

(Just keep waiting there until you see a Bronze Trophy appear and slash it)

Witness secrets of development in the “Archive Room”
(in the Town area, go inside the warehouse when the Narrator tells you to ignore it, the secret room is in the top left of the warehouse)

Ignore the narrator and enter Emberville before the gate closes
(Just dash spam towards the gate before it closes)

And in the dark of night, the unfathomable Black Star rises
(I think you get this one for beating Judas “beat the game pretty much” not sure)

Select “Not Ready” before the final battle
(In the Room of Fate just before you fight Judas the screen will ask you if you are ready, just keep saying no and when it asks you if you are a pig just wait there all day)

Enter level “Shio”
(when you see that sewege drain in the screenshot below, just keep dashing down there until he shows you what is in there and then jump down towards the “deadly” sewege pool)

(this one is located in the third secret room from the Puppet Theater, once there answer the finance call and watch the music video)

(When you first reach the metro area just keep ignoring the Narrator and go the opposite direction)

(Ignore the finance call from the 3rd secret room in the Puppet Theater and keep going right)

Confront the Yellow King in the monitor room
(Just beat Jack in the Puppet Theater and you will get to this part)

Encourage the narrator to meet the tip of a bullet
(this is located in the first secret room of the puppet theater, once there ignore the wife and keep going left)

Do not kill Dahal’s self which lives within Trinity

(when you get to the Clock Tower Entrance area, just keep going with the area until you see an elevator to the right, just wait there until you can access it)
To Meet You Again

Witness the birth of ICEY’s self-awareness
(To access this part of the game i think you need to get most of the achievements “32 of them” and press start, access system interface, then check the iCEY.bin will show a green text select it, once you have clicked on the green text it will ask you for a password, type = HASTUR)
Also according to some of the comments and chinese guide you also might have to do this =
1. Keep trying to go left in the Extra Area (Restart, Restart achievement)
2. Change your name within the game from ICEY to UCEY. (Discover the Truth of icey’s Birth)
3. In the puppet theater don’t pick up his wife’s phonecall.
4. Destroy the background music player in the Puppet Theater
5. Pandora’s box event use the Ultimate killing blow ability, the screen will show CHEATER. or just beat them normally.
6. Finish the “Totally Empty Room” event
7. Defeat Jack in the Puppet Theater, and The Yellow King “The Abyss watches back.”

Enter the real “game” with the narrator
(im not really sure how i got this one lol, i think maybe just do what the narrator tells you always maybe, but i heard from the comments below that you get this achievement when you restart the game or change difficulty you will get the achievement.)
According to the comments this one you get automatically at the start of the game once the narrator joins you.

Defeat Gorger.
Gorger was a simple resident of Ultimopolis that sacrificed himself to Judas without regret… or any other feelings.

Defeat Thor.
Thor understood Judas’ ultimate goal, and paid the ultimate price of splitting his self to serve Judas.

Defeat Parker.
Parker, betrayed by Judas, retreated with no conscience to the dark corners of the metro.

Defeat Carlos.
Carlos was fed up with the constant sacrifice of his self in each reincarnation. His solution? Kill and replace the Chosen One.
Jack’s Faith

Defeat Jack.
While Jack’s faith is unwavering, being banished to the furthest corner of the world left him unable to even come close to the Chosen One.

Defeat Ideon.
Ideon’s self was slowly destroyed through the process of never-ending reincarnation, leaving him even more vulnerable to Judas’ manipulation.
Dahal’s Pain
Dahal’s Pain
Defeat Dahal.
Only in a virtual world is such a thing possible… To mix two beings’ memories… Because of this, Dahal short-circuited.
Also according to some new info in the comments you actually get this achievement if you kill trinity.

Trinity’s Self
Defeat Trinity.
Even after her memories were mixed with another’s, Trinity still tried to prevent the birth of the Chosen One. That was, of course, futile.
New info suggests you get this achievement if you kill Dahal (and to trigger the fight so you can kill dahal you have to kill trinity)

Defeat Judas.
Judas had long ago given up his struggle. As he ascended the Clock Tower, the Black Star rose once more.
UCEY’s Awakening DLC area location!!!
The new DLC “UCEY’s Awakening” can be entered in this alleway past the Gate area in Ultimopolis
Also im not sure if this is needed but i think to access this new DLC area you need to change your name to UCEY. See the Achievement = ICEY, UCEY for more information.
