There will be 5 choosable routes and that will be Kotori, Ageha, Amane, Asa, and Yoru.
If it’s your first time playing, routes like Amane and Yoru cannot be played yet. You will need to finish any of the available routes first before unlocking Amane and Yoru’s route.

Bad Ending ( Choosing no one )
You will get a bad ending if you failed to follow the story of any characters. You might want to get this if you wanted to complete the steam achievements.
