Some people noticed that sleeping/dead max out at 5 per area.
I searched through the configs and found a fix:

Remove Intro Videos
**updated** To remove all of the intro videos when launching the game:
1. Locate the file DishonoredEngine.ini in: DocumentsMy GamesDishonoredDishonoredGameConfig 2. Open it with notepad (or notepad++[notepad-plus-plus.org]) and change line 1127 to:
bForceNoStartupMovies=true
3. Save DishonoredEngine.in –OR– 1. Locate the folder: SteamsteamappscommonDishonoredDishonoredGameMovies 2. Change the names of these files:
Legal.bik LogoArkane.bik LogoBethesda.bik UE3_logo.bik ZenimaxLegal.bik Black_266ms.bik
e.g “Legal.bik” > “XXXLegal.bik” 3. Launch Dishonored
