Overview
This is an all-in-one Steam Achievement Guide for the game INK by ZackBellGames. I got frustrated having to research all the answers to the achievements I wanted, so I put everything in one place for you fine folk.I hope it’s useful! Let me know if you find any errors, or have additional input.
Unique Achievements
INKtroduction “Welcome to INK. Good luck! (Die the First Time)”
Just die once. Super hard, I know.
INKompetent “How can you be so bad? (Die 10 times in less than 30 seconds)”
Most players will get this on their first play through. Level 10 is a good early-game option to get this. Just hold right and fall off the ledge repeatedly until you get the achievement.
INKarnation “They just keep coming back! (Defeat 300 enemies)”
Most players will get this on their first play through.
INKapacitated “Are you OK? (Die 500 times)”
Most players will get this on their first play through.
INKoming “Didn’t see me coming now, did ya? (Defeat 6 enemies without touching the ground)”
Level 12 is a good level to get this. Jump to the top right and work your way down. You can touch walls.
INKgenious “Didn’t know you could do that (Beat Level 66 without Double Jumping)”
Tip: you can jump off walls.
INKredible “You really are amazing! (100% the game)”
Beat all 75 levels and collect all 20 hidden coins.
Boss Achievements
INKjustice “What did it ever do to you? (Defeat the First Boss)”
Square Boss: Dodge its down attack, jump over the spikes that come out, and jump on its head. Do this 4 times.
INKsolent “Better show some respect (Defeat the Second Boss)”
Triangle Boss: Get close to the spike walls and when the Triangle comes at you, jump out of the way. It will hit the spikes and be vulnerable. This is when you jump on top of it, but make sure to dodge the falling shapes. Do this 4 times.
INKfamous “I’ve heard bad things about you… (Defeat the Third Boss)”
Circle Boss: The Circle has a “laser” coming out of it. You can cross this beam when it’s small, but when the circle “fires” the laser, you can’t touch it. Avoid the laser fire and jump on the top of the Circle to hurt it. Do this 4 times.
Coin Achievements
INKling “I had a feeling something was here… (Find and collect 5 hidden coins)”
INKvisible “Find 10 hidden messages (Find and collect 10 hidden coins)”
INKognito “Should hide things better next time (Find and collect 20 hidden coins)”
Collect all the heart shaped coins throughout the game to get these three achievements. They are relatively easy to find if you know what levels the coins are in. Just make sure to double jump around the whole map so you send plenty of ink out to find each coin.
Here is the list of levels that contain coins:
- World 1: 11, 13, 15, 21, 23, 24
- World 2: 27, 29, 30, 32, 36, 44, 49
- World 3: 52, 56, 58, 59, 61, 62, 65

Expert Achievements
This is where the game really gets tough. In order to get each of these, you cannot die a single time while you play through each world. If you do die, you need to exit the level and go back to the first level in the respective world. Good luck, you’ll need it!
INKvinsible “Nothing can stop you (Beat World 1 without dying)”
World 1 is levels 1 – 25.
INKfirmary “How have you not had a heart attack yet? (Beat World 2 without dying)”
World 2 is levels 26 to 50.
INKferno “You probably went through hell to get this. (Beat World 3 without dying)”
World 3 is levels 51 to 75.
