Thank-you for the request to answer. I have not known about waifus until awhile ago when I had to google the term to answer a requested answer.Is it normal?I am just going to be blunt here: no. This is not something I even heard of until recently as I just mentioned. From my understanding a waifu is a fictional character from a non-live action media (e.g manga, anime) that you consider to be your partner.Is this wrong?No. Coming from a person who does not even like anime/manga I don’t think this is wrong or bad. There isn’t anything potentially harmful I can think of. That being said you may want to think about who you will tell this to. In real life people may think you are strange or try to convince you to have a partner who is real. I am sure there are plenty of online communities who can support you along the way. So continue loving your waifu and consider who in real life should now and if it is necessary to tell people.Good luck.
