You have to deal 50 HP damage with a single trap.

Traps only deal 15 HP damage though. Place 6 barricades around the trap to enhance the trap’s damage output. This must be in neutral territory and with a location where the terrain permits to build the seven modifications in a circle.

Lure some zombies into one of your cities (they don’t need much persuasion) and capture them with the city program. Move them to your trap and release them, so they will trigger the trap on their next turn.
