Here is how to fix the ‘Server Not Responding’ thing when you want to join a friend’s game.
How to Fix ‘Server Not Responding’
So you click on their invitation and it says that. The fix is simple. Copy the ip at the top of the box. See below:
Open the console (press ~ in game) and type “open <ip>”
Without the quotation marks, obviously. Also where it says <ip> just paste your ip without the <>
It will probably say connecting to server for a while but eventually it will connect.
