Trix, one of the programmers behind the Just Cause 2 Multiplayer mod, has released the long awaited unofficial FoV patch for Just Cause 3.
To download, scroll to the bottom of the GitHub page and click on the link found under the “Download” section, then click “JustFOV.exe” to download the latest release.

Instruction
– Run the Game
– Alt-tab while in game
– Run justfov.exe as administrator
– Slider and set your value.
