Komachi Food Supply
All of us loves costumes, and Komachi provide us prisoner serie without necessary of war, siege, auction… thats cool. When you feed her butterflies, as quest required, she gives you one random costume per day. Its exhausing and annoying. And whats more important, if you wont bring her food for few days in row, she will dissapear and quest failed.
However, there’s hidden mechanic. Feed her with Porgy Meat! And its not a super-rare drop or something! You can purchace this meat at any time, day and night, from Cat Merchant at Hunter’s Terrace (Cat Reign)
Since 0.17.2 Komachi self-sufficienty require Lump on a Stick, which is much harder to get since its InsectP dowry, and chances to get exactly this dowry from Magic Silk is meh (however, maybe worth a try).
Mention that she consume Lump on a Stick complitely, you wont get Lump on a Stick leftovers.
Komachi Atelier
When you talk to Komachi with Porgy Meat Lump on a Stick in your inventory, she will eat that (no option to choose). A Bug’s Death quest will be completed, Komachi will be always full, and you will be able to purchace as many prisoner costumes as you want for swirlies:
