Overview
If you use Steam Big Picture gamepad mapping feature on your XInput controller, you might encounter a “drift” on the left analog stick while moving. That is, after you move, the character would continue drifting in the direction even after you’ve let go of the stick. This will hopefully fix that.
Option 1 – Use this premade controller configuration.
I made this controller configuration and it works for my XInput controller.

Option 2 – Manually edit the controller configuration.
Step 1
Just go to the game itself and go to Manage Game > Controller Configuration.
Step 2
Edit the left analog stick’s mapping.
Step 3
Go to ADDITIONAL SETTINGS.
Step 4
Increase the Output Anti-Deadzone by about this much.
Step 5
That’s about it, that should hopefully fix the left stick drift in the game.
