7 coins are really easy to get, just do easy achievements like “Lucky Bobber” (Succesful strikes in a row), “Saint” (Relase x fish in a row) or mission “Lone Star Exploration”. Each achievement/mission gives 1 coin at level1, 2 coins at level 2 and 3 coins at level3, so you can get 6 coins total from one achevement. (Example: Lucky Bobber I, Lucky Bobber II, Lucky Bobber III).
