Save files for harvesting a crop (more than 10k) and set up for farming 500k cash.

Now, for getting 10k and/or obtaining this achievement:
That Good Connect
Sold a single batch of weed for $10,000 or more

Just harvest the current crop. It’s randomized between 20k and 65k.

Baby, You’re a Rich Man

For this achievement:
Baby, You’re a Rich Man
Earned $500,000

Be ready for a 4hrs session. You must not close the game!
These are the steps to follow:
1) Districts clear-out.
2) Harvest your crop once it’s over 50-60%.
3) Call in auto kickbacks collection once they ready.

So, I’ve set up you what I’ve done for myself: look at the map:

You have 2 districts: French Ward and Southdowns untouched. Clearing them properly will give you about 100k+

Regular herbs pick ups will give over 300k.
Finally, underbosses donations should give slightly over 100k.
