Introduction
There is little you can do in this mission to speed it up, and it will take you around 10 minutes to complete it. You can afford a retry or kill a couple of enemies, but it is easy to stun them all.
Exploding cars does count as a kill but killing guards with exploding barrels does not
Rescuing that handsome operative
The first thing I’d recommend is using the thermal goggles for all the helicopter sections since it will make your work a lot easier. Also, although you can afford to kill enemies and still get a good score, you should use the Uragan-5 to stun them.

When you can get off the helicopter, run towards Hideo the operative and get the FB MR R-Launcher. I suggest you leave the operative here so that he is not damaged by the tank and is safe while you use the rocket launcher to destroy the tank (which, again, does not count as a kill and you are forced to blow it up in order for the helicopter to land and get you).
Finally, continue stunning enemies with the Uragan until another helicopter appears. Don’t bother shooting at it yet. You will both go round the communications tower and there will be a moment in which he will get really close to your side. Now you just have to shoot at the guy on the helicopter (not the pilot) and remember that your uragan shells take some time to get to the objective.
