These are things that help to put you ahead of your other survivors or just useful tipsAlways down to help out any new players either to learn the map,where to loot,what to loot or to show someone what are the best parts of miscreated! Getting Started
You can disable tasks in display at the bottom
autosprint is a life saver but be careful as fall damage is hectic in this game
IMPORTANT:to be able to see airdrop smoke you need particles on medium and the higher view distance helps as well!
Food+Water
hunting animals and apple trees and berry bushes are the best sources of food
animal meat should be cooked or crafted with salt else you have a chance of becoming sick.
River water/Sea water gives you a slight amount of radiation so it is mostly harmless however you can find clean water sources(drink clean water)
water can be purified using containers and water pills

Headshot 1 Shot 1 Kill Summary:Damage Required
1 tapping:
lvl 1 helmet: 45+ no pistols,smgs,most ars
lvl 2 helmet: 52+ hunting rifles,marksman rifles
lvl 3 helmet: 75+ acaw/m40a5 MUST BE less THAN 40M AWAY…….. as damage dropoff happens before then.
lvl 4 helmet: 96+ SO NEVER(this is completely overpowered in my opinion as these are only bought in the market)
More stacks in furnace = quicker smelting/cooking
How this can be done is by right clicking on either food or ores and click split but make sure to leave
- a slot for fuel
- a slot for coal(the output of fuel)
- a slot for the output of your smelting/cooking
Airdrops and advanced loot
Airdrops are the most reliable way for top tier loot.
Airdrops or plane crashes occur every 40 minutes to 1.5 hours
(MAKE SURE YOUR PARTICLES ARE ON MEDIUM TO SEE SMOKE FROM AIRDROP)
Especially c4, ammuniton boxes,coins & epic weapons however there are different types of airdrops:(tap on civilian to see prior drops Ive’ gotten)
Civilian(cx8 and basic guns)
hazmat(radiation gear,anti rad pills,potassium iodide)
police(police gear & guns)
military(military gear & guns)
c4(raiding)
base building(guides & base parts & sheet metal)
After this there is military locations,bunkers,police stations and radiation zones
Best is radiation zones:
as they have the highest chances to spawn epic tier weapons(extremely rare weapons which have boosted stats and durability including:
Melee Weapons:(Black Shadow is the strongest,good for melee raiding)

Ranged Weapons:
The Grimey Rick(Boosted stats revolver & gold in colour)
M16 vietnam (boosted stats automatic AR)
M4A1(boosted stats automatic AR)

RPK(boosted stats LMG with drum mag and supports VSS sight)
VSS(suppressed marksman rifle uses asval mag)
& more rare guns
2nd best is the generator powered bunkers:
these need:
oil
diesel
car battery
drive belt
to run then must be turned on to be accessed there are two on islands one above woodhaven and one near brightmore,the woodhaven is larger and is the most geared bunker
these are great as are much harder to loot as there is requirements as well as if parts are in the generator you can see whether or not somebody was there.
military locations are reliable to find guns but are often looted but good nonetheless
police stations are densely full of loot especially in their armories however it is ideal to have loot prior to looting them as they are contested and are often looted
Where are all the vehicles?
Vehicle despawn timer:

Most Vehicles are inside of player’s bases these can be destroyed with explosives
however there are tractors and quad bikes which cant be hoarded as they despawn so these are effective for getting around more so quad bikes.
Raiding
Types:
Melee:
Melee weapons can only be used against wooden parts(un-reinforced)
however the sledgehammer can damage all types of base parts
best melee tools:
Primary:Sledgehammer obviously however it is extremely rare and spawns in toolboxes the red and black ones which spawn nails that one.
1 Sledgehammer= 4 wood or 2 plated or 1 metal walls
These toolboxes:
besides the sledgehammer the black widow sword is the 2nd strongest.(It is recommended whichever tool you choose to carry many repair kits(these can be made by right clicking on other melee primaries or secondaries)
Secondary:Machete is best melee secondary otherwise crafted tools work well too however they break quicker are heavier and are weaker.
Explosive:
landmine=c4 it is rare but can be used to raid (can’t be placed on baseparts)

Kiosks & Advanced Storage
Tents are a way for bases to have extra storage slots however these are found in the world and just like vehicles can be hoarded however if found provide a good amount of storage each but must be placed on ground can not be placed on base parts flat ground preferably.
Craftable Kiosks are a way to store items in thin air and these items can be stored across servers and can not be stolen at all however this requires coins.It is advisible to store extra rare items such as scopes,ammo,suppressors that is what I do.
Basics of Base Building
Dead Body Despawn Timer
Despawn Timer of Bodies:20 minutes unless 20 dead bodies are created after the first one (only 20 dead bodies can be on the map at one time)
Shuffling stuff in the body inventory won’t reset the timer; something must be added or removed. Doing that completely resets the timer for that body (it makes it as if it just dropped).
Traders/valuable items
Balloons in sky show main trader/safezone
On Islands the Black Market or the trader with the best loot is in the hayward sewers here is a map.
Items that sell for a lot:
Adrenaline is one of the best items to sell
you can go to the hospital and farm it
+ is useless so
Gnomes:
Gold-Silver-Bronze to the rest of the gnomes
Alcohol sells for a lot of coins as well
gas grenades-10 coins
Machete-9 Coins
Hunting for animals are good too. 3 deer pelts = 5 coins
3 wolf = 10 and
3 bear = 15
The only way you can acquire the 55,6 c mag is from the black market It is a rare spawn.
The chance of the extended 55.6 mag is 25% chance that an epic attachment will spawn and this is what it can spawn:

Random Tips
Guides are often found in lockers,desks or brutes or spiders
If you make use of a base always log out with as many good items as you can
Game must be restarted to change server
Auto Running makes you swim faster
if you blow up a car before a restart it will spawn instantly else takes up to 2 hours ( useful for car freeing/raiding)
– If you are farming materials like wood, metal, etc. you can move away from the object you are hitting with incremental steps. Eventually the sound of you hitting the object stops, but you will still gain material (then you can better hear if someone is sneaking up on you)
– When you are farming materials, you can press TAB + Shift to open the Steam overlay. Your character will still farm in the background even when you release the mouse button (like autowalk for farming) (I change my steam overlay to end key)
– When crafting items, you can hover the mouse over the button “Craft item”, and then spam your ENTER key. This is much faster and less teasing than clicking with the mouse (good for bulk crafting like wood/ gun powder and such)

Consumables Guide:
You can hold mouse over an item in your inventory or inspect it to see it’s state:
-old and dirty has actually no long lasting negative effect(you lose stamina temporarliy)
-seems fine is either fine or has radiation you can drop it and use walkie talkie to see if it has radiation
-smells strange WILL make you sick,if you have antibiotics or healing mushroom it can be worth eating anyways
Metal base parts/towables
A metal part spawns every 30 mins from the restart, up to 13 parts total per restart – which means the last part will spawn at 6h 30min from the server start
