I finally got this released, I have not had time to test it so please let me know how it is!
I basically nerfed vehicle damage.
Changelog below, enjoy!

Released!

API in place to adjust damage values on weapons when ready – Give me ideas!
I will make the Marauder shotgun do seperate damage to structures – It feels stronger then the Peacekeeper.
Same with the Sniper Rifle and 50 Cal, the Sniper Rifle should not do so much damage!

Working on adding more civilians and patrols soon. Yay! mars will finally be full of people!
Other Things

Bugs
  • Sometimes all the bullets (mostly turrets) will overload the explosions engine and cause delays anywhere from 2 to 10 seconds.
  • Please report any!

Features

Small-Arms Changes
  • Small-Arms are now capable of destroying structures.
  • Suppression effects if a bullet lands near the player (My AI Supression was buggy).
  • Balanced – No pistols that blow through walls in a couple of rounds.

I HIGHLY recommend the following set up:

  • SP Building Collapse – Building Collapsibility set to High or Wrecking Crew High – I think Very high may cause buildings to randomly fall down. Try it for fun!
  • Reconstructor for Singleplayer
  • No Startup Logo
  • Increased Reconstructor Range – 10 Meters (Or any, for that matter. Rebuild entire structures!)
