Overview
After the mod Workshop update, this Guide has now become redundant. If you still wish to you it, that is your choice, however I accept no responsibilities for errors in the process.
Step No. 1: Installation
When I first, downloaded this mod, I used this website: Prison-Exchange Additional Grants Mod[prison-exchange.com].
Simply click the install button (top right) and away you go.
Step No. 2: Moving
Open Finder and “find” the Folder “Prison Architect” (Username>Library>Application Support>Prison Architect. Next, drag the folder “data” from the Additional Grants folder you just downloaded, into the Prison Architect folder. Be sure to copy the data file.
Step No. 3: Fixing
Once you have copied the data folder, move it into the same area you keep your Prison Architect shortcut icon (Eg. Mine is in my “Games” folder on my desktop). If you don’t have a shortcut button for PA, find it in Applications and drag it into a certain area (Your choice).
In theory, your mod should work now.
FAQs and Troubleshooters
TroubleShooting
1) If you open up Prison Architect through Steam and not your Shortcut, your Mod will be non-existent.
2) Saves with Mods applied cannot be uploaded to Steam Workshop.
3) Theoretically, this should work and behave the same when using any mod.
4) Whether Mods continue working after a new update is unknown to me.

A: As stated above, yes it will)
Q: Windows?
A: Having never owned Prison Architect on a PC, I am unsure of the route you need to take to get to find the Prison Architect folder, however I suspect the Moving and Fixing phase will be parallel to the OS X version
