Mount and Blade-A Rich Mans Guide to easy denars

Overview

A guide on how to make alot of denars quickly and without cheats.

So you want to be rich eh?

Firstly thank you for taking a look at this guide and I hope it aids you in-game.This guide as the title suggest is how to make a ton of denars without cheats throughout the guide were compare different methods, the total amount of denars you can gain, their efficienty and lastly the overall most viable method.

Enjoy.

The Battle Spoils Method

Okay so were start of with a obvious after a fight take all the loot and sell it seems like a good idea so lets analyze this method and break it down into two sections, advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages

Your fight ofen and get loot after every battle which you can sell.
Sometimes after a fight with tougher enemys better loot will be available to loot which can be sold for a good amount.
If you like to get into battle as ofen as you can this can be a good way to get money presuming your chracter is fighting tougher enemys or lords.

Disadvantages

Sometimes their will be very few loot items for example sometimes their will be only two things to loot.
Some of the loot will sometimes be very bad and not worth selling for example rocks completely useless in most cases and not worth selling.
Although much better loot can be gotten after a battle the better loot is after a battle between lords or tough enemys which for new characters can be a huge problem.
Loot will sell at diffrent prices in diffrent towns therfore if you want the best price for your loot you have to look around a bit.

Okay so for this method its not realy viable for new character and really only viable to higher level players who like to fight alot and take all the available loot.

The Fighters Gamble Method

Okay time for the second and probably the best or atleast one of the best methods in the game is one appropriately named by me and new friend and co-creator Benthekiduk (thats his steam name)
The Fighters Gamble Method.

Now lets run through this method its very simple and can bring in big denars in a merely 10-30 mins depending on your stats.

first and only step is to find were the tournament is being held and participate, each round bet the highest amount it allows you and fight by the end of it you gain just under 4000 denars or just over just make sure you aleast know the basics of fighting to back up your bets otherwise you could loose a considerable amount of money.
Time for this methods Advantages and Disadvantages.

Advantages

You can gain a good amount of denars.
Doest take very long at all between 10-30mins
Is a surprisingly viable method even for new characters assuming you know how to fight and have a basic understanding on the Mount and Blade combat.

Okay so thier’s the Advantages of this method but everything good has it’s down sides and this is true for this method so here are the Disadvantages.

Disadvantages

If the town the tournament is being held in your enemys with your be unable to participate, so if you want to make the method as efficent as possible you can’t become enemys with any faction.

If your not very good at the combat in Mount and Blade you can loose a moderate amount of denars on the betting part of this method.

Also due to some team balancing issues you might end up fighting five people with no team mates.

So thats the Fighters Gamble method very Viable for new or old characters assuming you have some combat skill with the exception of three disadvantages this method is by far one of the best due to how easy and how many denars can be made in short periods of time.

Questing Method (We all saw this coming)

So now for the one method that doest really need a explaination but were talk about it anyway, so this is the most basic questing method.Okay so I dont wanna spend ages on this method firstly cause its simple their doest need to be explaination for this and secondly its a rather grindy boring method in most cases so a breif explaination.

Take Quest–>Complete Quest–>Go back to quest giver–> Receive denars
Now lets jump straight to advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages

Questing is always a available method of getting money.
Some quest will actualy be fun and diverse from the normal go here do this.
Its available from the start and most of you will do this without thoughts anyway.

Disadvantages

This method can get VERY boring although their will be some diversity in the questing every so ofen its usually the same thing.
This method will not always give you a big income of denars.

So thats the questing method most of you already knew about everything we mentioned in this section, but every method needs a section in this guide just to be 100% sure we offering as much info and help as we can give.

The Plunderers Prize Method

Once again we have a method thats a true contender for the best method of getting denars. So start of we suggest you have a party of atleast 10 and these must be high upgraded soilder if your doing this without high upgraded soilder we suggest a party of 20+(unless you feel confident to go solo).
Okay for this method theirs two ways to approach it, first way is to force the residents of the village to give you supplies this is a good way if you dont wanna run into to much trouble, the second way is to loot and burn the village this will cause you to have to kill the residents of the village but you will be able to take as much supplys as you want and get denars.
However the more you level up the villagers will come and fight you when you pillage and burn, so make sure the higher level you are you keep updating your gear and soldiers. soldiers especially
Time for advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages

Doing the first way take less then 5 mins, the second way take around 30-60 mins at most.

This method can earn you alot of denars no matter which way you decide to approach it, choose the less troublesome method and earn 2000-3000 denars, choose the more chaotic method and your looking at around 5000 denars depending of the richness of the village itself.

It can be done at relatively low level.

Disadvantages

If you choose the more chaotic approach many things can turn the tides against your favour such as lords joining in the fight to defend the village, after you defeated the villages time passes while you loot and burn it during this time lords can come and intervine by attacking you.

The first approach forcing supplys you may not be offered very good itemsd theirfore sometime looting and burning the village may become your only option.

If you are neutral with the lord and the faction he’s in this can ultimately turn not just the lord but whole faction against you.

So this method overall is looking like a winner not only does it have the most amount of income in denars it can be done relatively quickly and early on.

Balancing has made this hard for example if you are level 1) a few villagers will attack level 30) you get several farmers after you.

So…..Which method drowns you in Denars?

Okay so were coming to the end of the guide over the course of four sections we’ve talked about four diffrent methods all of which contenders for how to earn alot of denars easily and quickly, we have two methods we have chosen as winners which are The Fighters Gamble and Plunderers Prize now we’ve had to choose two for one reason, one of them is for those who dont want trouble the other for those who arnt bothered about a bit of trouble here and their.

So the fighters gamble is for those who wanna play it safe and dont wanna get negative rep for their action we said this method was good and efficent and so it becomes one of the two winners.

We also couldnt let the plunderers prize method go without it being a winner it simply hordes you with denars this method is definately not for those who dont wanna get their hand filthy with negative rep but for those who dont care enjoy your mountainous amounts of denars, and so this method became our second winner.

Thank you for reading this guide we also ask you check out the final section of the guide which credits contributors to the guide and also a bit of special announcment.
