My Summer Car Ultimate Rally Build/Setup

Overview

A complete guide to how you can make your Satsuma competitive

Introduction

This guide shows you the correct setup that should be used in order to achieve good times in the rally, some sections of this guide are optional and some sections are based on opinion, and are by no means the best possible setup for the Satsuma

Engine

Best engine setup

  • Racing Radiatior
  • Racing Carburetor
  • Racing Exhaust
  • 3.700 Gear Ratios are ver popular and seem to be the best for rallying

The air fuel mixture is a tricky thing, it depends on car to car. I highly reccomend buying an air/fuel mixture gauge when changing the mixture. Make sure the engine has run for a bit before adjusting the mixture. Any where inside of the marked green area on the gauge is best.

For the exhaust, I prefer to have the car straight piped, since it makes the Satsuma louder.
But for optimal performance, a full exhaust delete including Manifold is best to reduce weight.

Running Gear

The running gear is extremely simple, Rally tires are a MUST

Interior/Exterior

Most of these modifications come down to personal choice, but some can give a performance boost

Interiour

  • A single racing seat, as a second only creates excess weight
  • Roll Cage
  • A racing harness is extremely helpful, this can save your life when in even the most severe crashes
  • Rally Wheel
  • Fire Extinguisher
  • Dash mounts to monitor engine condition
  • The radio is not needed and creates excess weight
  • The rear seats are not needed and create excess weight
  • an emergency triangle to get past inspection

Exterior

  • Removing rear bumper, boot, doors and hood all help to remove excess weight
  • Vehicle skins can be downloaded, Here [my-summer-car.wikia.com] is a guide on how to install liveries

End

That raps up the guide!
Feel free to adjust and tweak your Satsuma to get the best times out of it
