Bind your spare mouse button to the Next Action action.
Mouse Key Binding Tip
Real simple tip but it saved me a ton of time:
If you have a mouse with a few extra buttons (like middle or side click) try to bind one of them to the Next Action/End Turn button in the Civ 6 Control Settings (it’s already bound to Enter but you can add a second bind).
This way you can easily skip around to all your units/research that needs your attention, then end the turn right from your mouse for easy 1-hand play.
