Overview
This is a guide that shows you how not to get killed in Sniper Elite 3, and also shows some methods if you want some free kills.
Newbie in Multiplayer
When you start playing Sniper Elite 3, you will have problems as a newbie to climb up the leaderboards in multiplayer. Now – im not an expert in this game, but I can manage to push to first place in multiplayer. I have found a system how not to get spotted and move concealed. The reason and secret is simple: You must remain unseen! But how do I make myself invisible to other players? Let me tell you all about it!
- First of all, Ghillie suits. Ghillie suits make you more vunerable in both urban and jungle/desert maps. There is nothing more suspicious than a running brown, ♥♥♥♥-colored ghillie suit in the open and sticks sticking out of cover.
- Second of all: Sprinters. Sprinters is one of my most favourite targets in this game, it’s a method for easy kills.
How do you sucess in this game? It’s easy.
- Use cover, concealment. Use urban characters in the game instead of ghillie suits – you will not get far with them.
- Do not SPRINT unless fired at and you know that your cover won’t take the fire.
- Crouch and prone – one of the rules that Clancontinuum has a big fixation on. It’s stealth, and most likely will score you kills and you WILL avoid unnecessary deaths.
- Don’t climb towers, houses etc. Stay only in dark shaded windows, where you are hard to spot. Otherwise, you should use concealment and cover in trenches, behind stones just peeking out or simply in bushes/sand where nobody will come looking for you. Towers are only good for spotters, but it’s no joy when you play as an elite sniper.
- Prevent other players from seeing your muzzle flash, aswell as the scope glimt. Aim only when you know you have a clear shot.
- Don’t challenge your enemies by sprinting up to them.
Note that this guide is going to be updated pretty often as I come up with some more ideas.
