Overview
This mod fixes a single bug in V1.3.7: It makes DLC available offline. Should also work with V1.3.8.
Offline DLC
Version 1.3.7 of this game disables all DLC if steam client is offline. This mod fixes that.
Version 1.3.8 does not update the file this mod changes. Therfore this mod should still work with 1.3.8.
Download the file and unpack it into your game directory. For standard installations: C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonMechanicus
