Overview
Basically it’s this simple, run the game, click the screen and hit ALT+ENTER. Simple as that, and if you’re lucky, you can go into the options and hopefully change the resolution, I managed to do it once but it failed. The only other options to add your own resolution such as 1920×1080 is to break into the coding.

All there is to it : Run game, Click screen and hit ALT+ENTER.
