Just start a game.
Missable achievements on first playthrough
Chapter 1
Choose third option.
Choose second option.
Choose third option.
Chapter 3
Choose first option.
Chapter 4
Choose second option (I don’t look) until you’ll left without choice. ;D
Look for those melons while peeping on Angela in shower.
While playing tic tac toe choose left down square and when talking to a dog choose third option.
Achievements only for New Game+
Chapter 2
In scene with photoshoot you find some flying heads.
Chapter 3
Firs you need to complete gallery and see secret “thank you” art beforehand. Only than Angela will be without panties in that scene. Just wait some time and winter will do all job.
Affection points
For Rika walkthrough very simple. Just choose in dialogs with her:

And walkthrough for Angela. For her points granted only for answers listed below. If something missing than that answers doesn’t matters.

Other
Just go into menu and choose 100 in boobage level.
Self-explanatory. Just choose all 8 squares at least once. Could be made in different runs (scenes summarizes), and Jimmy has 2 different scenes, so you need to pick both Jimmy’s boxes in the same run (the top left corner and middle right).
After beating the game first time gallery will be unlocked. Go and choose animated art with rubbing and watch it for 5 minutes.
Almost all arts will be unlocked after first walkthrough. For last five you need complete all 4 pictures in bonus game.
