Overview
This document is aimed towards guiding you to get all of the 12 achievements in 2 playthroughs of Dawn in an optimized order.While the first run will take as long as you wish and is dependent of how you use other guides and plan ahead, the second playthrough will take you less than 5 minutes if prepared well enough.
Spring playthrough
This will be the default mode when first starting a New game. You can search for the ruins, vines and flowers yourself or use one of the many guides available to aid in the quest.
- Ride the Wind – Use the wind to recover from a fall
Fall off of the island. - Green Thumb – Grow two or more vines at once. *Missable!*
There are two very obvious places you can get this. Not too difficult, but you have to try in another playthrough if you fail them. - The Sound of Music – Bounce on jump pads 15 times in a row.
I bounced, alternating between 4 neighbouring platforms, to unlock this. - Fantastic Florist – Finish the game with all flowers bloomed.
23 Flowers have been placed all over the map, use one of the many guides to find them all. Collecting them all will unlock “New Game+”, where you can select Autumn. - Full Potential – Finish the game with all vines grown.
Simply activate all 19 vines. When Collecting all the flowers they should all be on your way.
Note: The vine that grows when one of the runes is activated isn’t counted! - Ancient Legacy – Activate all ruins in one game.
There are 8 ancient ruins to activate throughout the map. They spawn a little glowing rune that will point you to the next step to complete the game. - Dawn – Finish the game once
Get to the end.
Autumn & Speedy playthrough
This mode is unlocked when all 23 Flowers were succesfully collected. To achieve all these within 5 minutes I strongly recommend watching videos reading the guides and memorizing the route beforehand, otherwise you will have to do the speedrun playthrough in a third run.
- Careful Cultivator – Finish the game with seven or fewer vines grown.
This is the harder part and requires preparation to achieve on first try within the 5 minute “speedrun” - When you see it… – Find the hidden sun.
At the third last Rune, a cartoonish sun will be visible lurking from behind the big tree. You have to look at it for a few secons to get the achievement.
Note: It needs autumn mode to unlock! - Gotta Go Fast – Finish the game in five minutes or less.
Don’t go exploring and looking at pretty flowers, just head towards the end. - Spring in Autumn – Finish the game in autumn colors.
Nothing to say. - Rebirth of the World – Obtain all other achievements.
This will unlock if you have done all the previous thing succesfully 🙂
