Overview
Important notice: These save games are for version 1.5 of the game and are not compatible to the current V 1.7. To use these savegames you can technically revert back to version 1.5 as follows, but I wouldn’t recommend it as the most recent version has quite alot improvements and fixes over V 1.5.Originally posted by “markymint”:If you want to restore your old Save Games, you will need to jump back to version 1.5. This is very simple:Right click on The Cat Lady in your Steam library, choose Properties and then select the Betas tab. From the drop down menu, select “Susan, version 1.5” and you will be on the Susan branch.Currently I don’t think there will be much demand for save games anymore, so I will probably not update this guide with new save games and delete it some time in the future.———————————————————————————————————Did the game crash and you didn’t save? Here is a range of save games of different stages in the game for download. Please mind that you additionally can skip dialog lines by pressing Space.
How to apply a save game?
For WindowsXP, open your My Documents folder and go to My Saved Games->Cat Lady.
For Windows Vista or higher, simply press Windows key+R, type Saved Games, press Enter and double click the folder Cat Lady.
Then download the save game you need and place it there.
You can even do that while the game is running in background, you just need to close and reopen the Save/Load menu if it should have been open while doing that.
