Disclaimer

1. This guide is a work in progress. There is still undiscovered perk shards out there and if you managed to find one not covered in this guide, perhaps mention it in the comments and I’ll update this guide.

It looks like this guide is finished. This is all the perk shards available in Cyberpunk 2077. Though, if there are more perk shards going to be added in later patches or expansions, I’ll be sure to update the guide.

2. This guide only covers perk shards.

3. There is a total of 10 discovered perk shards.

4. Apparently, you can get 2 perk points out of a perk shard. All you have to do is Learn them, not Take them. I’ve tested this on Hotfix 1.05 and it works. I’m pretty sure this is gonna be patched, so take advantage of this now or not, up to you.

As of Patch 1.2, this exploit no longer works. Sorry choombas.

(You can get them during the mission with Takemura or during free roam, up to you.)

Heywood – The Glen

(I already completed the NCPD hustle here and it might be too dangerous for early level players to get this perk shard.)

Santo Domingo – Rancho Coronado

(Initially, this garage is closed off. You have to do a nearby reported crime for this garage to open.)

Badlands

Possibly Asked Questions

Q. Why don’t you include skill shards in this guide as well?
A. I felt like you’ll be able to cap out your skills naturally in playing through the game, so I didn’t include them in this guide. Except for Athletics. Athletics suck.

Q. I feel like I’ve read this guide on another website before.
A. It must be déjà vu. I’m kidding, but it’s pretty lame that they didn’t at least notify me that they were gonna share this guide at their websites.

Q. Why did you use the perk icon Here and Now from the Fallout series as this guide’s preview picture?
A. Because you want perks here and now?

Q. Hmph! I can just add all the perk points I want through the use of mods and console commands!
A. Uh-huh.
