step 1. Launch the game and open your save file.step 2. Open the start menu and make sure the mod is turned on.step 3. Go back to the title screen and turn off the mod.That’s it!You can now open your save file again and the hat will still be there.The game normally removes the hat from your save file when you turn the mod off, but it can’t do that when on the title screen.
