First we are going to want to download audacity.
Converting files to Ogg
Now that you have a copy of Audacity, you can export audio files to Ogg. In the example below, we will be converting The Village People – YMCA mp3 file to Ogg.
Ta-Da! We converted a Mp3 file to Ogg.
Inserting into game.
Now that we have a cool new ogg file. All we have to do if put it into the game! Sounds hard right? Well it’s actually very very easy.
First nagivate to C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonPOSTAL2CompleteMusic on our computer. Then we follow the steps below.
Now we rename the file the same as the one we want to replace in the folder. (Remember, names are caps sensitive)
Now we drag it into the folder.
If we have done everything correctly it should work.
