Resolvendo o problema / Fixing the problem
Muitos usuários sofrem com o problema do slowmotion (famosa lentidão) no jogo, principalmente quem tem PCs ou notebooks com configurações medianas, isso se deve ao fato de que a resolução interna de renderização do jogo é forçada em 1920×1440 independente de qual resolução você escolha nas configurações do game. Procurando resolver isso, alguns modders criaram arquivos que removem algumas linhas de códigos desnecessárias, além de te permitir escolher a resolução interna desejada.
A lot of users are suffering with in-game slowmotion, it happens mostly in low-end PCs and laptops because the internal resolution of the game is forced to render in 1920×1440 even if you chose another resolution in video settings. In a search of fixing it, modders created some files that works by removing an unneeded call to query the game for its current state every frame, and allows you to choose the desired internal resolution.

Após baixar os arquivos, descompacte-os e copie-os dentro da pasta de instalação do jogo
After you have downloaded the files, extract and copy them to the installation folder
Agora abra o arquivo rehd_resfix.ini com o bloco de notas e coloque a resolução desejada
Now open the file rehd_resfix.ini in notepad and set your desired resolution
*Note: 1600×900 é a resolução do meu monitor / It’s my monitor resolution
Após seguir todos esses passos, basta executar o jogo e ser feliz
