Overview
This fix should revert back to the previous version before the Chinese patch which breaks mods and would crash upon startup.
Fixed exe
This executable reverts back to the old version before it recieved the Chinese language patch. [link]
Just replace the newly patched exe with this and your game should be working as it normally was including the framerate fix which caused the crashes.
