Intro:So, I’m not going to lie I got this achievement by accident. I know people reading this will be like ‘WTF’ or ‘♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥’ so here is my accidentally greatness!Back story:I built a prison normally and got to around 500 prisoners but for some reason they seemed to keep dying. Legit I had about 8 prisoners out of the 500 and I couldn’t figure out why. The food was on medium quantity and medium variety. My morgue was full legit FULL. I had to build 6 morgues and there weren’t enough to get all the bodies but then I spotted my error after the confused expression on my face when the CEO rang me to tell me I was lucky my lawyer had defended me.What to do: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LEGAL TECH TREE FULLY RESEARCHED. -Build dormitories as they provide a lot more space and are more efficient than normal cells (bunk beds help a lot too]. -Once you have capacity for 500 inmates or so delete the deliveries room. Goods will not be delivered and prisoners will not arrive at the prison.-Select fill to max on the intake and wake a while…. It took me 20 minutes to figure out what happened. (Just a few days worth of intake 5 should do it when having the game run on the fastest setting)-At this point no food or inmates will be delivered and prisoners will starve to death, hence the need for the legal protection! -After you think enough time has passed and most people have died (because you’re an idiot like me and had no idea what’s going on). -Make a large delivery space outside the prison and watch the money pile up! So, when the deliveries come all the food and inmates requested for the last few days will all arrive at once and your cash flow will get a massive boost enough to cover the achievement. Would suggest the medium and up risk prisoners for more monies!Hope this helps, its my first guide too ^^ Now I have …..THE HIGH GROUND! 😀
